Birdie Super Bread
 
2 Boxes of corn bread mix             1/2 cup ground walnuts
2 large eggswith shells (washed)  1/2 cup frozen veggies
3 very ripe banana, mashed           1 cup Apple juice
1 cup mini pellets ground
Preheat oven to 375
Mix all dry ingredients together.  Add the eggs, mashed bananas, and vegetables, adjusting the apple juice as needed, and pour into a pan sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.  Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Once cooled, cut into serving-size squares for your individual birds.  Refrigerate up to three days. Can also be frozen.
 
Taboule and Vegetables
1 bag of mixed vegetables       1/2-1 cup cooked squash, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup chopped nuts               1 box of Taboule
Mix the Taboule according to the instructions.  Just before serving, add the vegetables squash and nuts, and mix together.  Serve warm.
Yam Treats 
 1 cup rolled oats                               1/2 cup carrot juice
2 large yams, cooked and mashed       2 grated carrots                   1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped peanuts                    1 cup whole wheat flour      Water from yams
 Preheat oven to 350
Mix ingredients together, adding enough carrot juice or water if batter is too dry.  Pour into small muffin pan that is greased.  Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
